That’s right.  Every mom needs a pair of boyfriend jeans.  Seriously those “Mom Jeans”  have sneaked into your closet and now its time to bid them farewell.  Don’t beat yourself up, it happens to the hippest among us.  Frumpy and unflattering we have all succumbed to a pair of jeans that seem to cover our tush and tummy post baby, as our bodies just are not the same.  And well, you need your jeans to function differently — those low risers just don’t work when bending and kneeling to pick up our little kids.  Sheesh.  But what’s a mom to do when, shreik, she catches her mini van reflection and screams in horror at the woman sporting mom jeans, a pony tail and some plain ol’ tee shirt?  Deep breath.  Rip those denim disasters off, stuff them in your purse and head on over to the Gap.  Pick out a new pair that makes you feel like the rock star suburban goddess you are. I recommend the distressed boyfriend jeans but honey Gap recently restyled all of their fits and I have to say as former designer denim slave I was sold.   Now, hit the register and hand over those dreaded mom jeans and save 30% off your new pair.  Gap will recycle your old jeans turning them into eco-friendly housing insulation – love that!  But go now, its only on until the 14th of March.
